Xi'Chung mod 2.20

These files are to be used with Space Empires IV version 1.84 only.

Version History:

Version 2.20:

	- Optimized Xi'Chung Construction_Vehicles.txt file.
	- Modified General file. They should build ships much faster now.
	- More tweaking for Planet_Types.txt file. They should choose their colonies more "intelligent" now.

Version 2.11:

	- Modified Planet_Types.txt file for Xi'Chung. They should be making more organic planets now.

Version 2.10:

	- Edited Xi'Chung General.txt so that they use more effective racial traits.
	- Changed Xi'Chung emp files accordingly
	- Removed Expert .emp file since it is no longer needed

Version 2.00:

	- First Gold Version of Xi'Chung. Modified files to make them compatible with the changes.
	- Separated Defend (Long Term) AI state in the Construction_Vehicles file.
	- Minor optimizations in files

Version 1.40:

	- Modified files to be used for newest SE4 patch
	- Changed Xi'Chung preference from 'armor' to 'armor regeneration' ability. This should make them use only organic armor component.

Version 1.32:

	- Edited strategies.txt file.

Version 1.31:

	- Made Xi'Chung research Organic Tech earlier. It should make their early designs tougher and allow them to build their specific facilities ASAP.

Version 1.30:

	- Changes and optimization in Xi'Chung research.
	- Complete overhaul of Xi'Chung ship design.
	- Fixed some spelling errors in this document.

Version 1.16:

	- Edited Xi'Chung designs so that they use cloaks on their carriers.
	- Some other misc changes

Version 1.15:

	- Edited Xi'Chung .emp files so that they use different (hopefully better) strategies. These strategies will not work if Xi'Chung are randomly picked.
	- Added 2 more .emp files for Xi'Chung.
	- "Xi'Chung expert" is for experts, where Xi'Chung have 5000 race points differently redistributed so that they provide better challenge.
	- "Xi'Chung no intel" is for games with no intel projects. They have their race points from intel redistributed to other areas.

Version 1.10:

	- Edited Xi'Chung ship design files so that they use cloaks now.
	- Added level 3 in Physics and Cloaks in the Xi'Chung research file.
	- Fixed some bugs that caused Xi'Chung not to build enough colonizers and compensate for losses (thanks to Mephisto!).
	- Tweaked XiChung_AI_Construction_Vehicles so that they use changes in the new 1.27 version.
	- Tweaked XiChung_AI_Construction_Facilities.txt file so that they use massive planetary shield generators, if acquired.
	- Added XiChung_AI_Strategies.txt.
	- Other misc changes.
	
Version 1.0:

	- First version of enhanced files for Xi'Chung Empire.

List of modifications (you may skip this part if you would like Xi'Chung to surprise you):

1) Completely changed Xi'Chung research file. They should develop their tech more effectively, develop stellar manipulation tech and eventually research ALL tech in the tech-tree.
2) Some changes to politics files that will make race more aggressive. They should not accept trades, and should not surrender. Also, the highest treaty they will enter is Non-Aggression.
3) Added construction_vehicles and construction_facilities text files. They will enable Xi'Chung, among other things, to construct Atmospheric Modification Plants and Value Modification Plants once they research them.
4) Modified Design_creation file. This file now has 3 different attack type ships, 2 weapon platforms, 2 satellites, defense type ship, etc. Also most of the designs will now use solar sails, once the race researches them (and they will).
5) Changed fleet distribution in AI_Fleets.txt file. They should make larger fleets now.

There are also lots of minor changes to almost all the included Xi'Chung race files that should make race more interesting (and difficult) to play against.
